This year we flew home to America for a Christmas vacation in the states. We flew out of the UK to Wichita where Robert's parents live on Sunday, Dec 20th. We celebrated Christmas day at Robert's Grandma Ruths house "Like almost all Christmas's at the Rierson's". It was suprisingly a good time spending time feeding cows, seeing some cousins and relatives we haven't seen in a couple of years. Christmas Eve the weather turned bad and there truly was a blizzard. about 10" of snow and 30-40 mph winds caused massive drifts. We had to feed the cows with tractors as the pick-ups wouldn't work.
